MethodHeat oil and splutter garam masalaSaute onions till they turn golden brownAdd ginger garlic paste and green chilliesMix in the sprouts and fry for less than a minuteAdd salt and coriander powderFry rice for a while and pour in the milk or coconut milkSprinkle salt and cookGarnish with chopped coriander leaves and ghee fried cashews
